In support of student theater

The "Youth Activities" Department of the KUZMANOV Foundation, fulfilling its Christmas initiative since 2015 - "Theatre, please, theatre", supported the XI International Youth Theatre Festival "Ocean of Love" held at the Youth House in Pazardzhik. A total of 21 amateur youth theatre groups from Bulgaria and abroad performed in front of the Pazardzhik audience from April 1 to 5, 2016.

 

Every year, the Youth House in Pazardzhik awards a prize to the group that performed the best. This year, the financial support for the implementation of the next theatrical project goes to the Student Theatre "IcarT" - Varna University of Economics, for their performance of "Lysistrata" - based on Aristophanes. Director - Kostadin Bandutov.

In support of student theatrical art, the KUZMANOV Foundation established a worthy monetary award, with which the awarded theatre group will continue to develop its activities in theatrical arts. This award was won by the Experimental Theatre Group "These" - Stara Zagora, for their performance "Migration of the White Whales". Director - Stanislav Stanev.
