Campaign "Smile"

Department "Social activities" of the "KUZMANOV" in partnership with "ILIYANADENT - Ambulatory individual primary dental care", launched the campaign "Smile". People from across the country will receive free primary review, primary dental care and treatment including: treatment of caries and subsequent photopolymer coating, scaling, treatment of gum disease (gingvinit, periodontitis and others.) And other manipulations.

Persons who will be involved in the campaign "Smile" will be selected according to the Internal Rules for the public benefit, the selection of individuals and the way they support the Foundation "KUZMANOV."

The criteria which must satisfy those who want to take advantage of the initiative are:

- Persons over 18 years (young and old) who live with income per family member below one minimum wage (420 lev) per month. Minors are not eligible applicants in this campaign because dental treatment for them is free and provided by the state;

- To live in the town. Sofia or have had the opportunity to travel to the town. Sofia, where they will conduct dental examinations and treatment. Travel expenses are paid by the benefit in this campaign and not be covered by the "KUZMANOV."

Those who wish they had a period of 14.04.2016 to 06.05.2016 to submit their application-declaration (SA-01) to the Executive Director of the Foundation "KUZMANOV, modeled from the" Documents "on our website.

Those who wanted to benefit from this activity and were placed under guardianship (certified with mental problems), filed an application-declaration by their guardians.

A total of 16 people submitted application form for dental examination and primary dental care. Ranked persons who will be involved in the campaign "Smile" will be notified and must confirm their willingness to 5 working days in writing (email or letter).

Approved Campaign persons will be included in stages, in order of submitting his application to the planned spending of funds in the campaign "Smile" - 2550 BGN
