Description

The Big Five Personality Questionnaire 2 (BFQ-2) was created by a group of researchers at La Sapienza University, Italy. It is one of the best-known and widely used tests for measuring the Big Five personality factors.

The questionnaire assesses behavior in a wide range of work situations by exploring the five domains of the Big Five and two sub-domains for each. The report is easy to understand and use, both for the general user and for specialists in the field of human resources, making it ideal for career guidance and personality assessment.

In what cases can the questionnaire be used?

Processing the results

The results are processed by psychologists and experts from the "KUZMANOV" Foundation who have successfully completed certification training for working with the Big Five Personality Questionnaire (BFQ-2).

The certification trainings are in accordance with international standards for the professional use of tests. They are accredited by the Psychologists' Society in the Republic of Bulgaria and approved by the publishers/authors of the original instruments. The content of the courses meets the requirements for obtaining the Eurotest Certificate - EFPA and ISO10667-1:2011.

How to work with the questionnaire

The questionnaire can be filled out both on paper and entirely online (You receive a special link and instructions to it at the email you provide, and you fill out the questionnaire form from the comfort of your home/office. Please note that once started, the questionnaire CANNOT be paused and left for a later stage).

Time to fill out: about 30-40 minutes.

After that, your answers are processed by trained and certified experts and psychologists, and if necessary, a conversation with a psychologist (in-person or via Skype) may be conducted, with no change in price. A few days later, you will receive a detailed report with information about your personality, how people perceive you, and what job position would be most suitable for you. Your report will be sent to the office of "Econt" you specify, with delivery being FREE for you.

Price

75 BGN - the price includes filling out one questionnaire, a possible personal meeting with our representative (psychologist), preparation and delivery of the report to the office of "Econt" you specify.
